S-CUBE TVAC

S-CUBE TVAC – a complex functional system for research, aerospace and space industries consisting of a vacuum chamber, a temperature control unit and a vacuum control system.
The S-CUBE TVAC vacuum assembly, which we delivered to Germany for a client based in the USA, combines two different thermal cycling methods, ranging from -196°C to +200°C.

Project at a glance:

Closed-loop system controlled by a Julabo thermal unit
Cryogenic loop cooled with liquid nitrogen and heated by electric cartridges
TQCM sensor for outgassing measurement, including controller and evaluation software
Intelligent control system allowing easy remote operation
