Jindra attends our apprenticeship centre and he is doing well both by practical education and at school. However, Jindra's excellent study and work results are certainly no coincidence. This is the second time he has received the award for the best apprentice at STREICHER Plzeň.
"We appreciate young people who work hard and want to achieve something. In addition to the fact that this year we have increased the financial reward for work during vocational training, we also reward young technicians with a certificate bonus or a scholarship," recalls Jiří Lopata, Managing Director of STREICHER Plzeň. "But I believe that they also benefit from the personal approach they find with us and the opportunity to grow professionally," he concludes.
